Miley Cyrus Makes Things Official with Cody Simpson, Calls Him Her Boyfriend

It looks like Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson are officially official!

The 26-year-old entertainer called Cody, 22, her boyfriend in a post on her Instagram Story. Unfortunately, Miley had to be hospitalized for tonsillitis this week, but Cody was there to be with her.

Miley showed her appreciation for Cody, who “arrived with roses and a guitar in his hand” to make her feel better. He serenaded her with a song as she rested up.

They were first linked earlier this month.
